AI Consultants · Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Turn scattered business data into AI-ready knowledge.

We prepare Saudi enterprises’ Arabic and English documents, systems and workflows for secure, accurate enterprise AI — with consultants on the ground in Riyadh and scalable offshore delivery behind them.

  • Based in Riyadh
  • Bilingual AR / EN delivery
  • Aligned with Vision 2030
  • Local consulting + offshore scale

The real bottleneck

Most AI programmes don’t fail on the model. They fail on the data.

The policies, procedures and operational records that would make an AI assistant genuinely useful are usually scattered across departments, split between Arabic and English, and locked in formats no system can read. Until that foundation is built, every AI initiative stays a pilot.

  • Scattered

Knowledge sits in inboxes, shared drives, WhatsApp threads and paper files.

  • Bilingual

Arabic and English documents describe the same process in incompatible ways.

  • Unstructured

Scanned PDFs and free-text forms carry the detail that matters, unreadably.

Why KAG

Not a generic IT consultancy.

Four things separate us from systems integrators and offshore development shops.

  1. AI-first data readiness

We prepare unstructured, scattered business data specifically as knowledge assets for enterprise AI — not as a general digitisation exercise that happens to produce files.

  2. Localised AI expertise

We bridge global AI technology and the Saudi market: genuinely bilingual Arabic and English data handling, and solutions designed around regional regulatory expectations.

  3. Hybrid delivery model

High-touch consulting on the ground in Riyadh, paired with cost-effective offshore engineering. Strategic alignment and scalable execution under one roof.

  4. End-to-end ecosystem builder

We build the foundational data architecture that makes AI, analytics and digital tools interoperate — not isolated apps and dashboards that need replacing in two years.

What you get

Outcomes, not deliverables.

  • AI enablement

Internal data becomes usable by secure, accurate AI assistants — reducing reliance on generic public tools.

  • Operational efficiency

Repetitive work in support, HR and document processing is automated, cutting manual load and response times.

  • Data-driven decisions

One unified view of sales, projects and branch performance, so issues and opportunities surface early.

  • Regulatory confidence

Data ecosystems built to Saudi regulatory expectations, reducing legal and security exposure.

  • Cost control

Access senior technical talent without the overhead of full-time local hiring, via the offshore model.

  • Digital transformation

Paper, email and messaging workflows replaced by secure, modern web and mobile applications.

  • Scalability

Flexible data and IT infrastructure that grows with the business and adapts as AI advances.

How we work

A three-stage engagement, with senior oversight throughout.

  1. Stage 01

    Discovery & strategy

Consultants in Riyadh run stakeholder workshops, assess AI readiness, and define business requirements — in Arabic or English, as your team prefers.

  2. Stage 02

    Execution & build

Delivery flexes to the engagement. Choose fixed-scope project delivery, a dedicated offshore team, or local leadership directing offshore engineers.

    • Project-based — fixed scope and timeline
    • Offshore — dedicated developers, controlled cost
    • Hybrid — local leadership, offshore execution
  3. Stage 03

    Integration & governance

New systems are integrated with your existing ERP, CRM and HR platforms under senior quality assurance and structured communication.

Engagement models

Choose the delivery shape that fits the work.

Most clients combine two or three of these across the life of an engagement.

Onshore consulting

Local support for workshops, stakeholder alignment, solution design and project leadership in Riyadh.

Best whenYou need face-to-face alignment and Arabic-language facilitation.

Capabilities in practice

What this looks like in a Saudi organisation.

Three situations we are built to solve. If one describes your organisation, the conversation starts from a useful place.

Retail · Healthcare · Government support

Knowledge trapped across departments

Policies, Arabic and English procedures, customer-service scripts and internal forms sit in different departments and formats. We organise that material so employees can ask a secure internal assistant “What is the customer complaint process?” or “How do I submit an HR request?” and get an answer grounded in the organisation’s own approved documents.

Trading · Logistics · Construction · Services

No single view of performance

Sales, project costs, branch performance and operational KPIs live in separate systems across Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province. We connect those sources and turn them into dashboards leadership can act on — tracking performance, catching problems early, and deciding faster.

Any organisation with manual workflows

Requests running on paper and WhatsApp

Customers, suppliers or employees submit requests by paper form, WhatsApp message or email, then chase them manually. We build secure web and mobile applications that serve Arabic and English users, support tracking and notifications, and integrate with existing ERP, HR, CRM or payment systems.

Compliance & integration

Built to sit inside your existing estate.

AI is only adoptable if it satisfies the people responsible for risk. We design for that from the first workshop.

Data protection by design

Data handling, retention and access are designed around Saudi personal-data protection requirements and your internal policy.

Governed data foundations

Ownership, lineage, classification and quality rules are defined explicitly, so the estate stays auditable as it grows.

Integrates with what you run

ERP, CRM, HR and finance platforms connect through documented APIs rather than one-off exports.

Questions

What clients ask before starting.

How does an engagement usually start?

With a short AI readiness assessment — typically two to three weeks. We review your data landscape, systems and priorities, then come back with a specific plan and a cost range. It stands on its own: if you take the assessment elsewhere, it is still useful.

Can you work with Arabic documents properly?

Yes, and it is central to what we do rather than an add-on. We handle mixed Arabic and English source material, including scanned documents, and we build retrieval that answers correctly in the language the question was asked in.

Where does our data live, and who can see it?

That is a design decision we make with you at the start, driven by your regulatory position and internal policy — including options that keep data within your own environment. Access is scoped and logged.

How does the offshore model actually work?

Local consultants own the relationship, the requirements and the quality bar. Offshore engineers build against that. You deal with the Riyadh team; the delivery capacity behind them scales without a proportional cost increase.

How is pricing structured?

Fixed-price for defined project scopes, monthly rates for dedicated offshore capacity, and day rates for advisory work. Whichever fits, you get the structure in writing before work starts.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. Almost every engagement integrates with what you already run. Replacing a working ERP or CRM is rarely the right answer, and we will say so if that is the situation.

How long before we see something real?

A working proof of concept on your own data is normally reachable within the first six to eight weeks. We would rather show you something concrete early than present slides for a quarter.
