This notice explains what personal data KAG AI Consultants collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

KAG AI Consultants is a trading name of Khaled Ahmed Saeed Al-Ghamdi Est., registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, P.O. Box 2956, Riyadh 12475.

What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, area of interest and message you provide. We collect nothing else through that form.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures aggregate page traffic without cookies and without building a profile of individual visitors. It does not track you across other websites.
Our hosting provider processes standard technical request data, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use enquiry details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement. The basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business contact.
We do not sell personal data. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.
Who we share it with
Enquiry emails are delivered through our email provider and stored in our business mailboxes. Our website is served by Cloudflare. These providers act as processors on our behalf.

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use data already collected will be communicated directly where we hold contact details.
